OLX Group presents Agentic Selling and DealFinder at the CLAIM Summit – Unite.AI
On October 28, 2026, OLX Group presented two new AI-powered tools: Agentic Selling, now available to 20% of private sellers on its Otodom real estate platform in Poland, and DealFinder, a buyer-side assistant on WhatsApp. Both were presented at CLAIM Online 2026, the company’s summit on the future of markets held on October 27, 2026.
Agent sales and DealFinder
OLX Group describes itself as a global leader in online classified ads with nearly 60 million daily listings from 11 brands across seven markets and is the classified ads business of Prosus. The company said it has been integrating AI into its marketplaces for more than eight years, and that its platforms are based on more than 20 years of relationships with dealers and real estate agents and verified market data that general-purpose AI models cannot access.
Agentic Selling helps people list, manage and sell their properties, guiding sellers through a process from appraisal to listing. DealFinder is being expanded after a beta testing period in Portugal that attracted 2,000 users. The assistant finds items for shoppers, can set price and item alerts, and performs text, image, or voice searches. OLX reported that DealFinder achieved an 18% conversion rate to contact during beta testing.
Andreas Merentitis, Chief Data Officer, said that the two tools follow a single principle: “AI should manage complexity, while people make the decisions that matter.” He said OLX created both tools with customer demand at the center and measures them based on people’s confidence in the outcome, adding that while speed is important in agent AI, confidence is what makes it useful.
Work and real estate investigations
In addition to the launch, OLX released two surveys on AI in what it calls two of life’s most important decisions: finding a job and finding a home. The OLX Jobs AI survey was conducted by SW Research for OLX Group in October 2026 as an online survey of 1,510 people aged 18 to 29 living in cities with 200,000 inhabitants or more, with approximately 300 respondents in each of France, Germany, Poland, Romania and Ukraine.
In the employment survey, 92-96% of respondents said they use AI tools in their personal lives, while less than 41% feel ready for changes in the job market. Men rated their AI skills more positively than women, although both groups expressed the same level of concern about AI’s impact on careers, at 31%. Poland was the most cautious of the markets surveyed, with 37% of young people reporting high or very high concern about artificial intelligence and automation.
The OLX Real Estate survey was conducted by OLX Group in October 2026 among those looking for homes using its real estate platforms in Poland, Portugal and Romania. It includes 2,819 respondents across the three markets, counting both complete and incomplete responses. OLX said the findings describe the platform’s users and are not representative of all those looking for homes in these markets.
In the real estate survey, the most requested AI features were matching listing alerts and side-by-side comparison tools. Only 5% of respondents would trust an AI-based rating more than a human agent’s estimate, while 36% would trust a real estate agent’s estimate and 78% would like AI-edited listings to be made public.
OLX said that, reflecting this preference for human expertise, it designs tools like Agentic Selling to provide transparent, data-backed pricing guidance and draft listings, keeping final pricing and disclosure decisions entirely in the hands of the seller. CEO Christian Gisy commented that people are already using AI for big decisions on the company’s platforms and that the adoption shows who has tried AI but not whether they trust the outcome. He said surveys show people want to see why a tool makes a recommendation and hold the final call, a standard he said OLX adheres to on every platform.
Existing AI Portfolio and CLAIM Online 2026
OLX reported 86 live Machine Learning use cases, 28 live GenAI use cases, and 14 market agent solutions across its 16 marketplaces.
Among the company’s reported results from live products: AI-generated titles and descriptions increase posting completion by 11 percentage points for sellers, and AI-powered ad serving reduces time to posting by 50% in real estate. In the Motors sector, over 70% of dealers accept videos of their cars created with artificial intelligence. Agent search is live on Motors and Real Estate and AutoIQ, OLX’s dealer agent, is live with all dealers on its platforms in Poland and Portugal.
In Jobs, the company’s CV Optimiser reads role requirements to help candidates refine, structure and personalize their CVs, while its AI Interviewer conducts more than 1,000 practice interviews per month and provides feedback to candidates before they meet with a hiring manager. OLX reported that 88% of users found CV Optimiser useful and that 90% said they loved AI Interviewer.
