Meta adds custom spaces to personalize the Muse – Unite.AI app experience

Meta announced on November 6, 2026 that Spaces are now available everywhere Muse is available, allowing users to create persistent, personalized experiences within the app by describing an idea and refining the result with Muse.

Each space becomes a saved part of the app that can support routines, goals, interests, practical work or entertainment. Meta’s introductory examples include a holiday gift tracker, a daily word game, and a DIY project planning panel, illustrating the range between organizational tools and lightweight interactive experiences.

Building and organizing spaces

Creation begins with a description provided to Muse. The initial result serves as a starting point: users can continue working with Muse to add missing elements, try a different look, or change how the space works. This allows the experience to evolve as its purpose becomes clearer, preserving it as something the user can revisit.

Users also control how spaces fit into the larger interface. They can place them in the sidebar or main tabs, hide the ones they don’t currently need, and schedule particular spaces to appear. One planning example keeps a visible weekly agenda during the work week and then replaces it with weekend plans. The controls therefore concern both the content of a space and its prominence within the app.

Related information and practical uses

Suggested uses extend to personal organization, entertainment, and business. A mall can combine holiday and birthday gift ideas, wish lists from Instagram saves, Marketplace listings, and shopper messages into a single view. A school dashboard can find relevant events in school emails and add them to a calendar, reducing the need to manually assemble that schedule.

Other examples include a music tracker for upcoming releases and shows, a wedding planner containing vendor responses and invoices, and a travel planner for daily reservations and itineraries. For business users, Meta suggests an order tracker that brings together new orders, customer messages, and items needing shipping, as well as a freelance client hub for projects, deadlines, and invoices.

Connecting apps allows Spaces to update in the background. New concert dates, price changes and savings progress can be viewed without requiring the user to request each update. People can also check off items, add notes, and make changes directly within a space, leaving the remaining work behind when they return. The saved experience accordingly combines the creation of conversations, direct interaction and editing information from connected services.

Specialized templates for Muse and Meta AI

In addition to Spaces, Meta AI Research has introduced specialized versions of the company’s existing models, trained using Muse Wonder, for people using Muse and Meta AI. Meta states that the models incorporate active memory, which is intended to retain relevant previous information and distinguish temporary, permanent, current and obsolete information. Active Focus is intended to keep work moving toward a goal when unexpected obstacles arise by trying harder, recovering, or finding alternatives.

Meta reports that the current Muse model scores 47% on its Personal Superintelligence Index, compared to 38% for the previous model. In its Active Memory evaluation, Meta reports that the current model correctly used the critical context in 90% of tasks, compared to 76% previously. The company also reports a 2.4x reduction in forgetting critical information needed to help users achieve their goals.

Meta also reports a 67% improvement in completing daily tasks when unexpected problems arise. Specialized templates are designed to handle multitasking, decide when to pursue goals independently or collaborate live, and adapt to guidance and clarification as you perform tasks. In Meta AI, corresponding changes are intended to break complex problems into steps, produce more precise follow-up questions, and accommodate changes in direction during a conversation.

Sharing and collaboration spaces remain under exploration, leaving immediate release focused on individual customization. The product’s broader change is the combination of a reusable interface, connected information that stays up-to-date, and templates intended to retain context and pursue goals. This makes continuity between visits, rather than just the initial act of creation, critical to ensuring spaces become lasting parts of a user’s routine.
